Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who will work directly in the homes of children, implementing one-to-one intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

The role involves ongoing training, data collection, and regular communication with supervisory staff, with weekday and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
• Valid RBT certification

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
