Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children who have ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision.

The role requires active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, reliability, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, benefits, and career growth.

Competenze

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
