Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Nebraska (Wayne area) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and experience with autism. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
