Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home or community settings. You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision and help deliver individualized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, data collection, teamwork with BCBA and parents, and ongoing training with tuition discounts and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check
• Must possess a High School Degree

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and team members regarding treatment delivery.
• Enter data and all trials daily for each pediatric patient for all programs targeted.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings required by the BCBA.
