Key Autism Services in Boston, MA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will implement behavior intervention plans and collect data under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• Active RBT certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
