Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We’re seeking compassionate, reliable team members who want to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.
• Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; dependable, professional and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
