Job summary

Autism Behavioral Center in Massachusetts is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to support 1:1 sessions with individuals with ASD in home and at our center. You will implement behavior plans and collect data daily under supervision.

We provide paid training, certification support, health/dental/vision after 90 days, 401k, PTO, and ongoing professional development. Part-time and full-time schedules across weekdays and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Energetic individuals passionate about working with those impacted by ASD.
• Organized and able to follow behavior plans.
• Responsible and timely with a desire for a fun work environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with 1-2 individuals with ASD 1:1 in home and at the center.
• Implement a behavior plan as instructed by your direct supervisor.
• Daily data collection.
