Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You’ll collaborate with BCBAs and Supervisors to help clients learn communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA.

We’re looking for energetic, reliable teammates who can commit to part‑time hours, travel between client locations, and record session data on a smartphone. If you’re passionate about making a difference, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 60 college credits or 6 months of relevant experience or an active RBT certification.
• Availability of at least 3 days per week, after 3 PM, for 10 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation to client sessions.
• Ability to use a smartphone to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Engage with children and implement behavior support plans.
• Travel between client locations as needed.
