Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized programs under supervision, collect session data, and support families while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain their RBT certification before providing services; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
