Heartland ABA is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician to support one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans under supervision.

We provide paid training to earn the RBT certification, offer part-time schedules, flexible hours, and ongoing clinical support to help you grow in a compassionate, clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
