Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services at clients' homes and community settings. You will work under supervision to implement individualized skill-building programs and help children with autism make meaningful progress.

The role offers paid training to earn RBT certification, flexible part-time hours, and the chance to join a supportive clinical team focused on improving outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must successfully obtain RBT certification; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
