Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. This part-time role offers paid training and the chance to start toward RBT certification with support from the clinical team.

You will implement individualized programs, collect session data, and help children develop new skills in a supportive environment, while balancing a flexible schedule to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference with children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
