Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA strategies under a BCBA and help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families to ensure consistent treatment. A High School Diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver's

Qualifications

• Familiar with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress with data collection.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
