Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and clinic environments. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA, collect real-time progress data, and work closely with families and caregivers to ensure skill generalization.

The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and collaboration within a supportive clinical team that values professional development and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High school diploma required; related degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate progress data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
