Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team, working one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder to improve communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA. This role offers strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership positions.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or community settings, collaborating with supervising BCBA and data-collection responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can assist with certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is required.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session.
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA.
• Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required.
