Job summary

Hidden Talents ABA is seeking certified RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. You’ll work directly with children and participate in ongoing growth opportunities.

You will run sessions, target communication, social, and daily living skills, and maintain accurate data, while collaborating with families and BCBAs. Flexible scheduling and paid onboarding welcome new team members.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• At least 6 months of ABA experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings.
• Target communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Keep accurate session data and documentation.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
