Job summary

Hidden Stars ABA is looking for dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session.
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required.
