Job summary

Hidden Talents ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. This hands-on role emphasizes ABA goals and meaningful progress for kids with autism.

You'll conduct therapy sessions, target communication, social and daily living skills, and maintain accurate session notes while collaborating with BCBA clinicians and families. Flexible schedules available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• At least 6 months of ABA experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings.
• Target communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Keep accurate session data and documentation.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
