Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking caring, devoted RBTs to join our growing team. You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and help children build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, applying behavior strategies, and building positive relationships with families. We value empathy, patience, and reliability, plus opportunities for ongoing training and professional

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, not required)
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities
• Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments
• Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
