Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior plans, collect real-time data, and work closely with families to support skill development.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and engaging sessions, with opportunities for professional development, training, and career growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
