Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans designed by the BCBA and collect real-time progress data with clinical software.

The role requires active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with autism. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also important, along with strong communication and a genuine

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
