Job summary

CrystalCare ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist in New Jersey. You will implement personalized therapy plans, work with BCBAs, and support clients to gain skills and independence in both home and clinical settings.

Ideal candidates have experience with autism, a solid grounding in ABA, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve goals.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress.
• Provide consistent feedback to clients and families to foster a positive environment.
• Attend regular team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards.
