Job summary

CrystalCare ABA in New Jersey is hiring an ABA Therapist to implement individualized therapy plans under supervision of BCBAs. You will conduct one-on-one sessions in home and clinical settings, collect progress data, and help clients build skills and independence. We value compassionate, patient clinicians with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans designed by BCBAs, focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior for ongoing assessment.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress.
• Provide feedback to clients and families to foster a positive therapy environment.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards.
