Job summary

CrystalCare ABA is seeking an ABA Therapist in New Jersey to implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision. You will conduct one-on-one sessions in home and clinical settings, collect data, and help clients develop skills and independence.

You will collaborate with BCBAs to adjust plans, provide feedback to families, and participate in ongoing training while upholding ethical standards of care. This role offers growth, competitive pay, and supportive team dynamics.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs, focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior for ongoing assessment.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress and needs.
• Provide consistent feedback to clients and families to support the therapeutic environment.
• Attend regular team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards in therapy delivery.
