CrystalCare ABA in Morris Plains, NJ seeks a motivated Behavior Technician (BT) to support individualized ABA therapy plans under supervision of BCBAs. You will work closely with BCBAs and teammates to enhance client skills and independence in both home and clinical settings.

Ideal candidates have autism-related experience, a solid grasp of ABA methods, and a compassionate, patient approach. RBT certification or plan to obtain within 90 days is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBAs.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress.
• Provide feedback to clients and families to foster a positive environment.
• Attend regular team meetings and ongoing training in ABA therapy.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards.
