CrystalCare ABA is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (BT) in New Jersey to support and implement personalized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of BCBAs. The BT will work closely with BCBAs and team members to help clients develop skills and independence in both home and clinical settings.

The role requires compassion, ABA knowledge, and data collection to monitor progress and adjust plans, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 90 days if not certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs.
• Conduct one-on-one support sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior for ongoing assessment.
