Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs to join a small, employee-centric team delivering ABA therapy to children with autism in home or community settings in Georgia. You will work under BCBA supervision, conduct 1:1 sessions, and maintain data to support individualized treatment plans.

We emphasize growth and mentorship, with tuition discounts, paid training, and a supportive culture. A high school diploma and reliable car for client visits are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients
• Experience in roles such as nanny, teacher, or paraprofessional can ease transition to RBT

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Maintain data and communicate with the BCBA and team as needed.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Adhere to professional boundaries and safety guidelines for pediatric patients.
