Starting Pay:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $23/hour
ABA Therapist: $20/hour

Interactive Kids is hiring full-time ABA Therapists and RBTs for our Early Learners Program in Cherry Hill.

Our program supports young children, approximately 1.5 to 5 years old, as they build foundational communication, social, play, behavioral, and independence skills through individualized ABA services.

You'll be doing meaningful clinical work, but you'll also spend plenty of time playing, moving, laughing, singing, and meeting little learners exactly where they are.

What Your Day Might Look Like

As an ABA Therapist or RBT, you'll work directly with young children under the guidance of a BCBA.

Provide individualized 1:1 ABA services
Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
Turn play and everyday activities into natural learning opportunities
Implement individualized behavior and skill-acquisition plans
Support emotional regulation, transitions, and positive behavior
Use reinforcement, prompting, modeling, and other ABA strategies
Collect data and document client progress
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members
Help create an engaging, supportive environment where children can learn and grow

Experience in areas such as childcare, preschool, education, special education, psychology, behavioral health, or developmental services is valuable, and we'll provide the ABA-specific training and clinical support you need to continue building your skills.

We also support eligible staff working toward their RBT certification.
