Job summary

Interactive Kids, LLC is seeking an ABA Therapist / RBT for school-based work in South Jersey. You will support a student daily, helping with classroom routines, communication, and social skills while implementing behavior plans under supervision.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and collaboration with teachers, families, and BCBA supervisors. It offers full-time day hours, additional after-school sessions, and opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA and/or RBT certification; school-based experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within public school settings and collaborate with teachers and families.
• Willingness to travel across South Jersey to support multiple districts.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support students and supervision.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Full-Time Day Hours + 2 After-School Home/Community Cases Each Week

Starting Pay: RBT $23/hour | ABA Therapist $20/hour

What Your Day Might Look Like

You'll spend your school day working directly with one student, helping them:

Where You'll Work

Although this position is posted under our Cherry Hill School Team, Cherry Hill is simply our home base for trainings, meetings, and administrative support.

Our staff provide services in public school districts throughout South Jersey.

Some team members enjoy staying with one school placement, while others appreciate the variety of supporting multiple districts throughout the year.

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel approximately 35–40 minutes from Cherry Hill are important parts of this role.
