There’s more than one way to work in ABA at Interactive Kids.
Our Linwood and Somers Point teams support clients across different ages, programs, and environments. You might spend your day helping a young child build communication skills in one of our clinics, supporting a student within a school, or working with a client after school in their home or community.
Your day will look different depending on your program and client, but the goal is always the same: helping the person you're supporting build meaningful skills and greater independence.
We currently have a strong need for part-time staff with afternoon and evening availability.
Depending on programming needs, after‑school opportunities may include:
This can be a great fit for students, school professionals, current RBTs, or experienced direct‑care staff looking to add meaningful hours to their week.
We need you too!
Current full-time opportunities include our Early Learners programs and School Consultation Team.
Early Learners staff primarily support younger children in a structured clinical environment, while our School Team works directly with students within local school districts and may include additional after‑school services.
We’ll talk through the differences during the hiring process so you can better understand which environment fits your experience, strengths, and availability.
We're looking for people who are dependable, engaged, and genuinely comfortable working hands‑on with clients.
You might be a great fit if you:
With clinic, school, home, and community‑based programming, there are different ways to build experience and find the setting where you thrive.
You’ll work alongside BCBAs and experienced team members who provide training, feedback, and ongoing support.
The skills you work on aren't just boxes on a treatment plan. Communication, independence, regulation, social skills, and daily living abilities can make a meaningful difference in someone's everyday life.
We work hard, problem‑solve together, celebrate progress, and believe people do their best work when they feel supported and connected.
Whether you’re building experience, working toward your RBT, studying ABA, or considering a future career in behavioral health or education, you’ll gain hands‑on experience that matters.
