Some of the most meaningful work in ABA happens before a child ever walks into a kindergarten classroom.
Interactive Kids is looking for a BCBA or BCaBA to join our Early ABA team in Cherry Hill, supporting young children up to age 6 during a critical stage of development.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your entire day behind a laptop writing plans for someone else to implement. You'll be part of the action: assessing new learners, developing individualized programming, coaching RBTs, partnering with families, analyzing progress, and collaborating with a team of clinicians who genuinely know their cases.
If you love early intervention, believe learning should feel natural and engaging, and want to see the impact of your clinical decisions firsthand, we'd love to meet you.
The first few years of intervention can shape how much independence, communication, and confidence a child builds before entering school.
In this role, you get to help drive that process from the beginning. You'll assess needs, build treatment plans, support the people implementing them, coach families, and watch skills develop in real time.
And you won't be doing it alone.
Our Early ABA program is built around clinical collaboration, with regular supervision and ongoing support from fellow BCBAs and BCaBAs. You have independence as a clinician while still having a team to problem-solve with when a case gets complicated.
Our youngest learners don't need therapy to feel like a workday.
You'll see communication taught through play, social skills built alongside peers, independence practiced during everyday routines, and treatment goals incorporated into activities that are meaningful to young children.
That means getting on the floor, following a child's motivation, coaching staff in the moment, working closely with caregivers, and creating programming that is both clinically sound and developmentally appropriate.
We're looking for a consultant who understands the science of ABA but also understands the little person behind the data.
At Interactive Kids, our consultants are trusted to use their clinical judgment while still having access to the collaboration and support of a larger clinical team.
Full-time employees also have access to:
If you're a BCBA or BCaBA who wants to combine strong clinical work with play, connection, family collaboration, and early intervention, we’d love to hear from you.
