Job summary

KIDS ABA Services in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children, delivering individualized teaching and therapy activities to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will collect data, document notes, and share observations with supervising clinicians while receiving hands-on coaching and ongoing competency development. A clear path for growth and RBT certification support is available.

Qualifications

Your Role & Impact

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children in 1:1 settings to help build communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You will implement treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and be part of a team committed to ethical, child-centered care.

You’ll be trained, supported, and developed — no prior ABA certification required.
