Interactive Kids is hiring full-time ABA Therapists and RBTs for our Early Learners Program in Cherry Hill.
Our program supports young children, approximately 1.5 to 5 years old, as they build foundational communication, social, play, behavioral, and independence skills through individualized ABA services.
Around here, bubbles can be a teaching tool. A successful transition is worth celebrating. A new word can make everyone's day.
You’ll be doing meaningful clinical work, but you’ll also spend plenty of time playing, moving, laughing, singing, and meeting little learners exactly where they are.
As an ABA Therapist or RBT, you’ll work directly with young children under the guidance of a BCBA.
You may:
Working with little ones isn’t a sit‑back‑and‑watch kind of job.
One minute you might be on the floor building with blocks. The next you’re singing your way through a transition, helping a child communicate what they need, navigating a challenging behavior, or celebrating a skill you’ve been practicing for weeks.
The people who thrive here can be playful while still being purposeful.
We’re looking for people who are patient, energetic, dependable, creative, and able to stay calm when a little learner is having a very big moment.
Already an RBT? We’d love to meet you.
Newer to ABA? Relevant experience with young children can provide a great foundation for this work.
Experience in areas such as childcare, preschool, education, special education, psychology, behavioral health, or developmental services is valuable, and we’ll provide the ABA‑specific training and clinical support you need to continue building your skills.
We also support eligible staff working toward their RBT certification.
Teaching certifications and bilingual Spanish‑speaking candidates are also highly valued.
You’ll have BCBAs, supervisors, and teammates to collaborate with, ask questions, troubleshoot with, and celebrate alongside.
The skills you’re teaching now can become the building blocks for communication, relationships, independence, and learning for years to come.
Whether you’re an experienced RBT or building your ABA skill‑set, you’ll receive ongoing supervision, feedback, and opportunities to learn.
We’re looking for team members who want to become a consistent part of our Early Learners program and build strong relationships with their clients and clinical team.
We take quality care seriously. We just don’t believe that means work has to feel stiff or impersonal. Expect teamwork, creativity, laughter, and plenty of celebrating progress along the way.
If you’re looking for meaningful work where you can play, teach, connect, and make a difference every day, we’d love to meet you.
Bring your patience, your personality, and your willingness to learn.
We’ll bring the training, clinical support, and a team ready to welcome you.
