Job summary

Interactive Kids, LLC is seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to join our Early ABA program in Cherry Hill, NJ. You’ll assess young learners, design individualized programming, coach RBTs, and partner with families across center-based and in-home settings.

You will collaborate with a team of clinicians and other professionals to support children up to age 6, focusing on naturalistic, developmentally appropriate interventions and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Board-certified behavioral analysts or BCaBAs with experience in early ABA.
• Ability to develop individualized programming and supervise RBTs.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaboration with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and initial clinical assessments for new learners.
• Develop developmentally appropriate treatment plans based on NDBI.
• Coach families, train RBTs, and supervise staff in clinics and home settings.

Some of the most meaningful work in ABA happens before a child ever walks into a kindergarten classroom.

Interactive Kids is looking for a BCBA or BCaBA to join our Early ABA team in Cherry Hill, supporting young children up to age 6 during a critical stage of development.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your entire day behind a laptop writing plans for someone else to implement. You'll be part of the action: assessing new learners, developing individualized programming, coaching RBTs, partnering with families, analyzing progress, and collaborating with a team of clinicians who genuinely know their cases.

What You'll Be Doing

• Complete new client intakes through record review, caregiver interviews, and initial clinical assessment
• Conduct comprehensive behavior and developmental skills assessments, including tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and ESDM Curriculum Checklist
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and other targeted assessments as clinically indicated
• Develop individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans and programming informed by current research and Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) principles
• Analyze ongoing client data and adjust goals, programming, and treatment plans based on progress
• Write clear, clinically sound insurance authorization reports that support medical necessity and meet payer requirements
• Provide parent and caregiver training in both clinic and home settings to help skills carry over into everyday life
• Train and supervise RBTs and direct care staff on treatment protocols, skill acquisition programming, and behavior-reduction procedures
• Collaborate with speech, OT, and other providers to support the whole child
• Work alongside fellow BCBAs and BCaBAs for case consultation, program development, and clinical decision-making
