Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, following evidence-based interventions and supervising care plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a clinical team, accurate data recording, and a passion for helping children with Autism. Part-time positions with flexible schedules and pathways to BCBA mentorship are available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Ability to work in clients' homes or community locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Willingness to commit to at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
