Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect real-time client data, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress for children with ASD.

Eligible candidates hold an active RBT or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication and genuine care for families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate progress data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
