Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers in Concord, NH, seeks dedicated ABA Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans to support skill acquisition, reduction of maladaptive behaviors, and greater independence across educational and social settings.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience with developmental disabilities preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Address and manage challenging behaviors using appropriate ABA and safety care techniques.
