Gersh Autism’s Ready Set Connect in Tilton, NH is hiring an ABA Therapist (Applied Behavior Analysis) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision. Training is provided, no BCBA required to start.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities or autism (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings under BCBA supervision.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data and maintain session notes accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, families, and school staff to ensure consistency.
