Job summary

Ready Set Connect is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as ABA Therapists in Tilton, NH. You will provide direct ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans to foster skill development and independence.

Role involves in-center and school settings, data collection, collaboration with families, and adherence to BACB ethics. Must have high school diploma and a passion for supporting children’s growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Record accurate data and maintain session notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA, teachers, school staff and families.
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt approaches to individual needs.
