Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers in Concord, NH is hiring ABA Therapists to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans to support skill development, communication, and independence across educational and social settings.

The role is full-time (30–40 hours/week) with shifts Monday–Friday 7:45 a.m.–5:15 p.m. and one weekend per month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Address and manage challenging behaviors using appropriate ABA and safety care techniques.
