Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to join our team delivering in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD. You will work with families under the guidance of a BCBA supervisor to implement treatment plans in the home setting.

The role emphasizes using behavior-analytic strategies to increase adaptive skills, collect data on an electronic system, and maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in special education preferred.
• 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
