Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NY seeks an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD, under BCBA supervision. You will apply behavior-analytic strategies to improve learning and safety, and collect data while communicating with families and the team.

The role offers a flexible schedule with part- or full-time options and opportunities for growth into Lead RBT or Full Time RBT. Experience in special education or ABA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
