Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy in the child’s home or our clinic. You will follow individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help children develop communications, social, and self-help skills.

Ideal candidates bring experience with autism, reliable transportation, and a strong commitment to families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate with families and caregivers.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
• Maintain timely attendance and dependability
