Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes or our clinic. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervisors to support child development and family goals.

We offer flexible hours with a focus on work-life balance, allowing you to grow within a supportive team. Travel up to 25% is required to serve multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic.
• Implement treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Travel up to 25% to different locations.
