Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Therapy in Newton, NJ seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and school settings. The role includes developing treatment plans with clinicians, data collection, and clear communication with families.

Part-time schedule with mileage reimbursement for travel within a 15-mile radius. We offer free RBT training and paid exam, plus competitive compensation up to $30/hour (if registered).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Newton, NJ. As a BT, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians
• Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Schedule:

• Monday, Thursday, Friday 3pm-6pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-12pm.
