Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a preschool-aged client in New Jersey after school hours. The role emphasizes a positive work culture and a flexible schedule.

You will conduct therapy in the home, track data, maintain notes, and collaborate with the supervising BCBA and team. A comprehensive training program will help you feel confident in delivering sessions, with competitive pay of $25–$28 per

• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)
• Applied Behavior Analysis (Required)

We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism

Requirements: Behavior Technician (BT)

• High School Diploma (required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
