Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Therapy in Newton, NJ is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and school settings. You will help develop treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with families to support progress.

In addition to a part-time schedule, the role offers mileage reimbursement and limited travel within a 15-mile radius, plus a free RBT training course and paid exam to advance your credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Newton, NJ. As a BT, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). • Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information
