Job summary

Autumn ABA in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy after school hours for a client with autism. The role emphasizes data collection, notes, and close collaboration with the supervising BCBA.

The position offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay of $25.00–$33.00 per hour, and potential travel compensation; work is in-person in Somerville, NJ with possible travel.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis experience is required.
• Experience with young children is preferred.
• Ability to commute to Somerville, NJ and travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services in the home for children with autism.
• Track and maintain data collection for programs developed by supervising BCBA.
• Maintain anecdotal session notes and required paperwork.
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and team.

Education

We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a client diagnosed with autism, for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements:

• Behavior Technician (BT)
• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)
• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Applied Behavior Analysis (Required)
• Ability to Commute: Somerville, NJ (Required)
• Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
