Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy after school hours for a preschool-aged client in New Jersey. The role offers a flexible schedule, competitive rates, and travel compensation potential, with comprehensive training to support confident therapy delivery.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA services in the home, data collection, notes, and collaborating with the supervising BCBA and the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or social work preferred.
• Experience working with young children preferred.

We seek a part-time registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism

• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA

• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork

• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (required)

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)

• Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends as needed
