Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism aged 2-9 in in-home, daycare and clinic settings. You will deliver ABA therapy, monitor progress, and draft reports for senior clinicians.

The role offers growth through dynamic BCBA supervision, on-the-job training, and a caring, team-focused environment that emphasizes play-based learning and family involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field (or related ABA experience).
• Must have a valid driver’s license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.
• Positive, patient, creative attitude.
• ABA experience with children preferred but not required.

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
